Persyaratan
- Has TOEIC with 650 score or has JLPT N2 certificate.
- Willing to go to domestic and international business trip (around 3 months).
- Has 5 years experience in related field.
- Has experience in Japanese company is added value.
① Production Engineering (Electrical Engineer)
- Graduated from a 3-year vocational school or higher in the electrical field (D3 or higher).
- Basic knowledge of basic electrical components.
- Understand electrical circuit symbols and read electrical circuit diagrams.
- Must be able to program and edit ladders correctly using a Mitsubishi PLC.
- Practical experience in the production technology department, mainly in equipment and jig tool design technology.
- Practical experience in process design and start-up of production processes.
- Experience in facility design practice or preparation of facility requirement specifications.
② Production Engineering (Mechanical Engineer)
- Graduated from a 3-year vocational school in the mechanical field (D3 or higher).
- Basic knowledge of basic machine elements and materials.
- Understand the basic rules of mechanical drawing and be able to draw machine parts accurately.
- Ability to design jigs and units with up to 30 parts.
- Practical experience in the production technology department, mainly in equipment and jig tool design technology.
- Practical experience in process design and start-up of production processes.
- Experience in facility design practice or preparation of facility requirement specifications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Make plan and KAIZEN for equipment/machinery of production for instrumental. Specific machinery: Processing machine/Assembly machine/Conveyor machine. Other: Bonding process machine/Coating machine/Articulated robot.
- Make specification based on introduction flow.
- Visit maker and checking before delivering products.
- After follow.
- Provide suggestion to maintain quality.
- Bridge work between Japan branch and Indonesia.
- Communicate with team member.
- Educate and guide the members of the production technology section and maintenance section of each site regarding general production technology operations at all production sites in Indonesia.
- Educate and guide the members on the theme of development of construction methods such as processing and assembly devised by headquarter.
- Current situation survey, defect analysis, new manufacturing method/process planning, educate and guide for experiments/prototypes.
- Educate and guide the members for equipment start-up work based on company equipment introduction regulations.
- Educate and guide the members of specialized knowledge through technical seminars and in-house production of equipment and tools.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
